Hi, I’m Tracey
I'm your behind-the-scenes celebration planner, quietly making sure everything runs smoothly, and stepping in at just the right moments to ensure things are exactly as you envisioned.
For the past 11 years, I’ve been immersed in weddings & events, thriving on organisation, loving the details, and making sure every client feels cared for. My goal is for your celebration to feel effortless, full of character, and true to you. I’ll always share the pros and cons, but the final decision is yours, because this is your Celebration, and it should feel just right!

Our Story
How it all began...
Back in 2008, Sarah Plant founded Sarah’s Creative Occasions, proudly becoming Ayrshire’s first dedicated Wedding and Event Planning Business. With a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations, Sarah quickly built a reputation for delivering beautifully curated events across Ayrshire.
The Journey of Growth...
In 2018, while working at a local Ayrshire venue, Tracey began supporting Sarah’s Creative Occasions with Wedding Coordination. Sharing the same commitment to detail and client care, in 2019 Tracey went full-time self-employed to work alongside Sarah - helping the business expand and plan more memorable occasions throughout Scotland.
A New Chapter...
In 2021, Sarah retired and Tracey became owner of Creative Occasions, guiding the business through its next chapter. After supporting 91 weddings and celebrations in 2022–23, Tracey took a short break before relaunching in 2025 as Creative Occasions by Tracey—a brand reflecting her passion and commitment to personal, heartfelt celebrations.
