  • Celebration Co-ordination, perfect for client’s who love planning their own celebration but want peace of mind knowing every detail will be seamlessly managed in the lead-up and on the day.

     

    What’s Included in the Base Package:

    • A meeting around 6 weeks before to review your plans

    • Full Co-ordination & Support on the day (up to 8 hours), myself and my trusty “Mary Poppins” bag, will ensure you and your guests are all looked after

    • Full review of your plans 8 weeks before, to make sure you haven’t missed anything

    • Handover of supplier & venue management to myself around 6 weeks before

    • Creation of a detailed Celebration Schedule and Contacts List

    • Daily Support in the run-up

    • Source & manage any last minute suppliers

    • Support & Co-ordination the day before

    • Assistance with tidy-up the day after
