We're lucky to call Scotland home, a place unlike anywhere else when it comes to weddings. Here, you can legally marry anywhere you choose! Whether it’s on a mountaintop, beside a waterfall or in your own back garden, the location is completely up to you. You also have freedom in choosing who conducts your ceremony, a Celebrant, Registrar or Minister, allowing to you celebrate your love, your way!

Packages

  • I’ll take the time to understand your vision and provide a personalised Wedding Guide, giving you the clarity & confidence to plan your day with ease.

    What’s Included:

    • Up to 4 hours of in-person or video consultation, to dive into your wedding vision

    • A tailored Wedding Guide, complete with timeline and budget

    • Follow-up meeting (up to 2 hours) to review key details and answer your questions

Perfect if you’d like expert guidance to set you off in the right direction.

  • What’s Included in the Base Package:

    • Full review of your wedding vision

    • Creation & Management of your Wedding Guide, including budget, timeline and on the day schedule

    • Regular meetings & ongoing daily support

    • Guidance on Marriage application & timeline

    • Sourcing an agreed number of suppliers - From rustic charm to modern elegance, we’ll help you source the perfect vendors and details to reflect your style

    • Venue & Supplier Management

    • Review of your guest list and dietaries

    • Includes Extended “We’ve Got Your Back” Package (detail below)

     

    Add On’s:

    • Sourcing your venue - a lot of couples request my support after booking their venue, therefore I leave it out of the base Planning Package

    • Guest List, RSVP & Dietary Management

    • Guest accommodation & transport

    • Planning Engagement Party and Hen/Stag parties

    • Help with outfits, rings & honeymoon

Wedding Planning, for couples who’d rather leave the planning to a professional.

  • What’s Included in the Base Package:

    • A meeting around 6 weeks before to review your plans

    • Full Co-ordination & Support on your wedding day (up to 11 hours), myself and my trusty “Mary Poppins” bag, will ensure you, your guests and suppliers are all looked after

    Add On’s for Extended Package:

    • Full review of your plans 8 weeks before, to make sure you haven’t missed anything

    • Handover of supplier & venue management to myself around 6 weeks before

    • Creation of a detailed Wedding Schedule and Contacts List

    • Daily Support in the run-up

    • Source & manage any last minute suppliers

    • Ceremony rehearsal & co-ordination the day before

    • Assistance with tidy-up the day after

Wedding Co-ordination, ideal for couples who enjoy planning their own wedding but want peace of mind with coordination in the lead-up and during their special day.

The Finishing Touches

6–3 Months to Go

  • Book your honeymoon and check passports

  • Order wedding rings and cake

  • Plan pre-wedding celebrations, finalise ceremony music, readings, and menu

  • Send invitations, choose accessories, gifts, and guest favours

  • Submit marriage forms, track RSVPs, prepare guest book/card box, and appoint your MC

Securing Suppliers

9–7 Months to Go

  • Book your photographer, videographer, and entertainment

  • Reserve hair and makeup trials and choose wedding party outfits

  • Meet with florists to select arrangements

  • Consider reception entertainment, transport, and stationery

  • Finalise your gift list and guest list, then order invites

The Final Countdown

2–1 Month to Go

  • Create your seating plan and confirm décor details

  • Print on-the-day stationery and have your final outfit fitting

  • Write vows and speeches, hold your rehearsal, and confirm all schedules and suppliers

  • Settle payments, relax, and enjoy the excitement leading up to your big day

12–10 Months to Go

  • Agree your guest limit and set your budget

  • Hire your wedding planner and book your venue

  • Share your wedding date with loved ones

  • Organise wedding insurance, choose your ceremony type, and select your wedding party

  • Attend wedding fairs for ideas, start a Pinterest or scrapbook, and try on outfits to order your favourite one
